The Population Secretariat in collaboration with UNFPA (United Nations Population Fund) will launch the State of Uganda and World Population Reports 2012. The Theme for State of Uganda Population Report is: “Uganda at 50 Years: Population and Service Delivery; Challenges, Opportunities and Prospects”.
The launch of the two Reports took place on Thursday 13th December, 2012 at Golfcourse Hotel, Kampala starting at 2:00pm. The Chief guest was Hon. Maria Kiwanuka, Minister of Finance, Planning and Economic Development. More thatn 400 stakeholders participated in the event.
