World Population Day 2011 national function was held in Kayunga district on July 11, 2011, under the theme: “Uganda at 33; Time to Act”.
The main celebrations were attended by over 800 comprising policy makers, government technocrats, district leaders, civil society representatives, development partners and the genaral populace. The function was presided over by Hon. General Moses ALi, 2nd Deputy Prime Minister
