World Population Day 2024 Celebrations
Each year, on July 11, Uganda joins the rest of the world to commemorate World Population Day. This annual event is observed to focus on the importance of population and development issues.
This year’s celebrations will be held in Arua District at the at Eruba Primary School Grounds under the theme: “Celebrating the Past, Planning for the Future: Towards Meeting the Needs of All”.
The guest of honour will be His Excellence the President of Uganda Mr. Yoweri Kaguta Museveni
