The launch of the State of Uganda and World Population Reports 2013 took place on October 31, 2013 at Imperial Royale Hotel, Kampala Uganda and was presided over by the Minister of Finance, Hon. Maria Kiwanuka.
The theme for this year’s State of Uganda Population Report 2013 is “Population and Social Transformation: Addressing the needs of Special Interests Groups” .
